To make it as easy as possible to make reservations, request your own personal login name and password from our reception staff. Once we have created your account you can make reservations directly using the online meeting room booking system:

ATTRACTIVE RATES

Upon the creation of your company account you can choose whether you would like to receive a monthly invoice or if you would like to buy pre-paid credit for the use of the conference room (with the pre-paid option you save 10% on the standard rates). Reservations that are cancelled up to 48 hours in advance will not be charged. Reservations that are cancelled up to 24 hours ahead of the reserved slot will be charged at 50% of the rate and if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the total room rent is payable.

  • Half day; Chf. 150,-
  • All day; Chf. 200,-
